1. Shipping Area
We currently ship exclusively within the United States (all 50 states). We do not ship to U.S. Territories or international destinations at this time.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
All shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout:

*Please note: Shipping times may vary based on destination, carrier, availability, and order volume. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier capacity or holidays.
3. Shipment Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Shipping Issues & Incorrect Address Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. VitaPantry is not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, shipping fees may apply to re-ship the package.
